- Contact us when you are coming to the end of your lease.
- Request a schedule of dilapidations from the landlord. Ideally about three months prior. Don’t let them leave it to the last minute.
- We will visit the property and conduct a survey once the claim has been received, to evaluate whether the claim is justified.
- If available a copy of the Schedule of Condition, this will be invaluable.
- We can then discuss the claim with the landlord’s representative.
- Our works include everything from Electrical to plumbing from mezzanine removal to redecoration works, concrete floors repairs to roof repairs and everything in between.
- The works will be conducted, and project managed by us to meet the landlords’ requirements and your legal obligations.
- Progress reports issued during the works.
- All certifications will be issued for example Gas, Electrical Installations.
- Fire alarms and an and asbestos survey if the building was built prior to 1999.
