Approximately 3500sq ft, working directly for the tenant. The client had taken possession in 2017 on a five-year lease. In that time the company was bought out, the new company took the responsibilities of the lease. Covid outbreak meant that the office was barely used for two years and only a skeleton staff remained after covid and the buyout. After a site meeting with the tenant, it became apparent that certain items could be disputed, the carpet tiles to the offices and the ceramic tiles to the kitchen and toilet areas did not need replacing, after all they had had little use, the carpet tiles were good quality with a 15-year warranty, the floors were cleaned
