We were approached by Knight Frank and asked to price a dilapidation claim, which included removing 400 square metres of mezzanine floor along with a large amount of pallet racking. The floor then needed to be made good, strip out office portioning, remove a large, galvanised steel building, and repair cladding to the roof. Stripped out all the comms, 8 x 2 tonne cranes and a specialist test bay.
From the original landlords claim, it later transpired that we saved the client in excess £100,000.00, the rest of the works were cash settled by the tenant. All completed within a very tight time scale. Email received after completion from the Operations Director.
